SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
For all orders totaling $99 or more before taxes, shipping is on the house. However, a $20 fee will be applied to orders below $99 before taxes.
Once you've placed your order, please allow a processing time of 48 business hours before we dispatch your package. This processing time may vary, especially during the busy period from mid-November to mid-January.
Please note that once our carriers take charge of the parcel, the subsequent delivery times are beyond our control. If you haven't received your package within the expected timeframe, please reach out to boutique@skishoprivesud.com. In such cases, we'll initiate a service ticket with the carrier.
Keep in mind that your order might be split into multiple parcels.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Opt for the convenience of picking up your order at a store of your choice by selecting the "in-store pickup" option during checkout.
After placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be ready for pickup. You'll be notified by email or phone once it's ready.
For a secure pickup, ensure you have the following:
INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
In cases of an incomplete address, refusal, or non-claim of a package, we'll charge a $50 fee if you wish to have the package resent. This fee covers return and reshipping costs. If the package measures over one meter, an additional $20 fee is charged for surcharge costs. Note that for orders of $99 or more before taxes, we assume shipping costs only once.
If a package is returned due to refusal or non-claim, and you choose not to have it resent, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Skishoprivesud.com reserves the right to refuse shipping if we can't confirm the billing address associated with the credit card used. We also reserve the right to refuse shipping for orders with an address different from the one associated with the credit card used.
OVERSIZED PRODUCTS
A product is considered oversized if it measures more than 1 meters and/or has a very high weight. These products can't be shipped by mail, but you can still choose the in-store pickup option.
Note that bicycles are not delivered; in-store pickup is the only option for this type of purchase.
