PURCHASE POLICY
In the event of a discrepancy between online catalog prices and those in-store, in-store prices prevail, unless otherwise specified as "online promotion only." A credit will be issued directly to your purchase. Unless notified otherwise, in-store promotions are the same as those applied on the website.
Skishoprivesud reserves the right to cancel an order and not process it in the case of an obvious and unrealistic pricing error.
DELIVERY
All shipments are made with Canada Post. The carrier depends on the postal code assigned to the order. All our shipments are made by regular mail. You will receive an email indicating the tracking number of your package when it is picked up by the carrier. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the first package to receive the rest of your order.
DELIVERY COSTS
All orders of $99 and above (before taxes and shipping) are shipped free of charge anywhere in Canada.
Items on sale over 40% discount are subject to 25$ shipping fee for item under 1 meter long. Item above the 1 meter mark are oversized and are subject to a 50$ shipping fee.
The delivery time depends on the product's availability in-store.
If an ordered product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either a replacement product or a refund.
Applicable taxes specific to each province will be applied directly to the invoice total.
All our parcels are shipped by Canada Post via the regular mail service. When Canada Post takes possession of your order, you will receive a tracking number by email: this email may end up in your spam folder. Be aware that your order may be sent in multiple parcels. One parcel may arrive before the other(s).
Please allow a period of 48 business hours after the first reception. If you do not receive the parcel(s), please write to us at boutique@skishoprivesud.com Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that the timeframe may be a bit longer during peak periods: mid-November to early January.
Delivery is free for all orders of $99 and over before taxes. Please note that we only cover the costs of the first delivery.
Some oversized products cannot be shipped by mail. Pickup at one of our stores remains an option. Example:, roof boxes, etc. A fee of $20 will be applied to your order if it is below $99. We invite you to add an inexpensive product to avoid these fees. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection: We will charge a $25 fee if the customer wants the parcel to be resent. These fees cover the return costs and the new delivery costs.
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, non-collection, or an incomplete address, it is possible to pick up the parcel in-store for a fee of $13.
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal or non-collection, and the customer does not wish to have the parcel resent, we will deduct $13 from their refund to cover the return costs.
For all deliveries, we use the "do not leave unattended" option. If you are not present during the delivery of your order, it should be at the nearest Canada Post office.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations. These restrictions include regional laws, hazardous products, and complex shipping products.
Please note that our shipping territory is limited to Canada.
INSURANCE AND WARRANTY
Note that all purchases registered on our website will be kept for four years. It will be possible to obtain reprints of invoices to facilitate your insurance and warranty cases. Contact our customer service boutique@skishoprivesud.com
WARRANTIES
Ski Shop Rive-Sud store rely on the rules and warranty policies in place for each manufacturer.
Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers.
Replacement, credit, or repair is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
To honor its warranty, the manufacturer requires:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CUSTOMER APPLICABLE FEES
Customers can benefit from Ski Shop Rive-Sud store preferential rates by returning merchandise via the carrier assigned to your order with the return slip included in your package.
AT THE EXPENSE OF THE STORE
In case of a store error or a defective product upon receipt, you can send us the merchandise at the store's expense. Please contact us at boutique@skishoprivesud.com to validate everything.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for a refund within 45 days of receiving your package. Exchanges can only be done in-store. No exchanges by mail.
Ski Shop Rive-Sud is committed to selling only new, high-quality products. Therefore, items must be returned to us in new condition with the original tags attached to the item: no exceptions.
If a product comes in a box (e.g., boots, bindings), it must be in the same condition upon return as when it was sent. Ski Shop Rive-Sud encourages you to reuse the delivery boxes in which the equipment is shipped. A fee of $10 will be applied if this is not the case.
If an item is returned without its original box, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
The final decision on whether the product is considered new is at the discretion of Ski Shop Rive-Sud. If you are unsure whether the product you wish to return is considered new, contact us before proceeding with the return.
Items sold with a discount of 40% and more are considered final sale.
Items must be returned clean, odor-free, and free of pet hair.
No exchanges or refunds are made during Black Friday weekend and on December 26 and 27.
The following items can be returned if the security seal is still intact and attached to the product. Otherwise, no exchange and refund will be made.
