WARRANTY AND REFUND CONDITIONS
For any warranty claim, you must provide an order number or proof of purchase. All merchandise is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty for normal and non-abusive use. Please allow for processing time for warranty returns. Repairs or exchanges are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you notice that the price of a Skishoprivesud product is reduced within 15 days of the purchase date, Skishoprivesud undertakes to refund the difference in the form of credit (gift card or on your customer account). The product must be available in the same model, size, color, and year. If you made an in-store purchase, visit the store. For online purchases, please contact boutique@skishoprivesud.com.
DISCOUNTS
Black Friday discounts and After-Christmas sales are only valid on the announced dates. It is not possible to obtain these discounts on purchases made before or after the event.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, no exchange or refund will be made for purchases of underwear, helmets, and ski goggles where the security tag is detached from the product. (We attach a security tag with a unique number to these products).
Items with a discount of 40% or more are final sale. This means that no exchange or refund will be possible for these products. If you still want to try a product with a 40% or higher discount, you can choose the in-store pickup option. This will allow you to try it in the store and get a refund or exchange if it doesn't suit you.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued from Thursday to Monday surrounding Black Friday and from December 26 to 28. No price adjustments on layaways. The 15-day price protection will be issued in the form of a gift card (for new or used merchandise within 15 days). The customer must go to the store to have the price protection; no adjustments can be made over the phone. For online orders, please contact boutique@skishoprivesud.com with your order number. Refund within 45 days, for new merchandise, except for the dates mentioned above.
Gift cards, whether physical or virtual, are not refundable.
If your order is eligible for a return/refund, a return label will be included in your package. Please note that we will deduct $13 or $23 (oversized items; over 100 cm) from your refund to cover shipping costs.
If you use your personal account with a carrier, no fees will be charged. Simply provide us with proof of payment at boutique@skishoprivesud.com.
If you want to avoid return fees, you can return your package in person .
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CUSTOMER APPLICABLE FEES
Customers can benefit from Skishoprivesud store preferential rates by returning merchandise via the carrier assigned to your order with the return slip included in your package.
AT THE EXPENSE OF THE STORE
In case of a store error or a defective product upon receipt, you can send us the merchandise at the store's expense. Please contact us at boutique@skishoprivesud.com to validate everything.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for a refund within 45 days of receiving your package. Exchanges can only be done in-store. No exchanges by mail.
Skishoprivesud is committed to selling only new, high-quality products. Therefore, items must be returned to us in new condition with the original tags attached to the item: no exceptions.
If a product comes in a box (e.g., boots, , bindings), it must be in the same condition upon return as when it was sent. Skishoprivesud encourages you to reuse the delivery boxes in which the equipment is shipped. A fee of $10 will be applied if this is not the case.
If an item is returned without its original box, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
The final decision on whether the product is considered new is at the discretion of Skishoprivesud. If you are unsure whether the product you wish to return is considered new, contact us before proceeding with the return.
Items sold with a discount of 40% and more are considered final sale.
Items must be returned clean, odor-free, and free of pet hair.
No exchanges or refunds are made during Black Friday weekend and on December 26 and 27.
